**Job Summary**:
As the first point of contact for our clients and their visitors, you will play a vital role in our business, providing a 5-star experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager/General Manager, contributing to all aspects of centre support to ensure award-winning service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist all visitors and clients, creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain a tidy and secure reception area
- Provide responsive and efficient reception and telephone services
- Manage the switchboard, forwarding calls and taking messages as needed
- Ensure compliance with signing in/out procedures for all visitors, including contractors
- Coordinate & book as necessary client meetings & events, catering, and courier services
- Collaborate with colleagues to address client queries promptly
- Maintain up-to-date client contact lists and directories
- Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing post
- Work in coordination with the security team
- Facilitate smooth handovers during absences

**Role Development**:

- Support the Service Success Chain
- Acquire local area and basic product knowledge
- Participate in relevant training and development opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- GCSEs or higher in a Business-related field (Essential)

**Experience**:

- 1 year of customer-facing work experience in hotels ort serviced offices (Desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Essential)
- Excellent telephone communication skills (Essential)
- Strong face-to-face customer service skills (Essential)
- Switchboard skills (Desirable)
- Front-of-house management skills (Desirable)

**Work Requirements**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday during business hours (Essential)
- Occasional irregular hours to meet business needs (Essential)
