Care Co-ordinator/compliance

**The Care Collection is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing and successful business.**
The Care Collection provides Home Care to individuals of all ages. Our services include companionship, domestic support, personal care through to more complex care, with **minimum 1-hour calls**.
**Role responsibility**
You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to Clients and the Care team in Kirklees. Tasks will include:
- Support the coordinator to ensure care visits are covered, introductions are arranged and shadow shifts are in place
- Support and manage our Care Team, including practical training and mentoring
- Support our Clients, including regularly assessing their needs
- Perform direct observations and competency checks
- Auditing records
- Maintain close liaison with the Office team
- Act as a link between our Care Team and Clients, and the Office team
- Oversee care quality control and compliance
- Monitor and supervise the care service to ensure it is of the highest quality
- Cover care calls as and when required
- Support the service on-call.
**What we look for**
It’s important to us that our Field Care Supervisors have the following qualities
- NVQ Level 3 or above
- Knowledge and experience of CQC and compliance
- Genuine passion for high quality home care
- Self-motivated, well-organised & reliable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- Good communicator
- Driving license and access to transport

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
