Orka Financial is working in partnership with an exciting business based in Newbury who are seeking to hire a Credit Control Supervisor. The role requires previous experience within a similar position and the ability to make an immediate impact and oversee an exciting team.

**Responsibilities**
- Analysing Accounts Receivable data with main focus on overdues.
- Define appropriate actions to collect debt, especially historic debt.
- Assess existing processes and make improvement suggestions.
- Define and improve processes for handling of debit notes, credit notes, unallocated cash.
- Define, improve and manage relevant AR KPI’s.
- Define daily actions, set daily & weekly targets for credit controllers and manage daily progress.
- Lead weekly meetings with AR team including reporting to Management.
- Cover/support daily cash postings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in Accounts Receivable and medium size business >5 years.
- Track record of reducing overdue debts, especially historic overdues.
- Supervisor / daily management of AR team.
- Ability to analyse and understand account positions and derive actions.
- Experience working with customer portals, self-billing customers.
