Reception/ Admin and Accounts Assistant

Due to retirement in the near future we are looking to recruit a receptionist/ admin and accounts assistant. Ideally you will work 9am
- Maintaining employee and vehicle records
- General office admin
- Accounting duties including Payroll, invoicing, taking payments in person and over the phone and credit control
- Working with relevant garage software including Apex Networks/ Recovery Management

What skills/ experience are we looking for:

- A friendly and professional manner which reflects our business ethos
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in using Sage Accounting software
- A motivated individual who can share ideas and offer a fresh perspective on working practices

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
