**Job summary**:
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to engage with and support local communities. With a good understanding of Jersey’s different communities and spoken and written proficiency in relevant languages you will take the lead in building a collaborative network. You will work community groups, volunteers and individuals to connect them to the services and activities that will benefit them, whilst building a better understanding of community needs.

The successful applicant will have a strong track record of working within multi-cultural communities and be able to demonstrate excellent networking and organisational skills. An ability to work flexibly is essential for this post, as some evening and weekend work will be required to meet the needs of local communities.
