**Job Title - **Executive Assistant
**Temporary - **5-6 month contract
**Location - **Based in Aylesbury
**Work Schedule - **Mix of office and remote working

**Pay Rate - **£15.71 per hour

**Overview**
On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the Planning team in Aylesbury. You will be providing a first-class executive support service to three Heads of Service in the Planning department, acting on behalf of the Heads to provide advice to colleagues, outside bodies, resolving issues, queries and escalations efficiently

**About the role**
As an Executive Assistant, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

- Organise and maintain diaries; produce documents, slides and spreadsheets; arrange room bookings and hospitality, receiving, prioritising and communicating post and phone messages; maintain office supplies and services; and organise paper filing and electronic record keeping.- Ensure that all paperwork/presentations/Agendas required for meetings and workshops are provided in a timely manner.- Take notes and minutes of meetings as required.- Dealing with complaints, compliments and MP Enquiries, in conjunction with Central Complaints Team.- Proof reading of work before passing it on.- Proactively dealing with queries on behalf of those you supportThe Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

**About you**
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar- Minute taking experience- Attention to detail- Ability to work at pace- Have a professional and hardworking attitude towards work**About us and our Client**
