Main responsibilities include:

- Arrange and conduct interviews with executives and decision makers in Finance, Business sectors.
- Represent Integral Research and our clients to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge, and integrity.
- Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
- Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Integral Research Confirmit platform.
- Contribute to research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1 year experience as Market Research Interviewer B2B **(required)**
- CATI Interviewing 1 year **(required)**
- Personal and Social competences/skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and capable in Microsoft Office.
- Tenacity and perseverance towards achieving project goals/targets.
- Team player and excellent phone manner.

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE**:

- A private and quiet area to work at home
- Stable secure broadband access.
- A compatible USB connecting ‘call Centre style’ headset with microphone
- Your own Laptop/Desktop Computer with Windows 10/11.

**Again, we are only able to welcome Market Research interviewers with recent telephone experience (less than a year) with an ISO20252 or IQCS research agency.**
