- Processing sales orders from retail customers online and over the phone.
- Dispatching goods ready for warehouse picking/packing process.
- Booking in deliveries with customers on daily basis.
- Updating customers on backorders/goods out of stock on a weekly basis.
- Office admin such as sending/filing customer invoices.
- Ensuring the website is correct and has updated information & informing the relevant department of any required changes.
- Participating in stock takes when required to do so.
- Sage 50 accounts software experience.
- **Required Skills -**_
- Microsoft
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service
- Sage experience
- Previous sales experience/order processing

A good telephone manor is essential.

Immediate start available.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: To be confirmed depending on experience.
