Sales Consultant Overview

The Opportunity
Continued growth plans, means we are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to further grow our recruitment business. This is an exciting unique opportunity to join a business that has a bespoke development programme in place that promotes progressionand career development.
Sales Consultant Key Objectives
- Making outbound calls to the decision maker and fact-finding calls to prospective clients.
- Following up on sales leads.
- Building a rapport with customers and listen to their feedback.
- Identifying customers’ needs and offering informed solutions.
- Adding on prospective clients details onto our CRM system, ensuring that it is regularly updated with call notes.
- Scheduling and arranging the required resources for interviews and assessment centres
- Working alongside the Key Account Manager and office staff to help with administrative duties when needed.

Key Attributes for a Successful Recruitment Consultant
- We want to hire an ambitious professional that considers communication, time-management and their attention to detail as some of their key strengths.
- The Successful Recruitment Consultant will have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced work environment, in often challenging and ambiguous circumstances.
- You will need an abundance of tenacity and resilience.
- The ability to work as a team player and be comfortable working in a diverse, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with non-paying service users.
- Have an active interest in career growth and personal development.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and good IT skills.
