**Job description - Swarf Management - Goods in Support**
Qualiturn is a subcontract engineering company, manufacturing components for a wide array of sectors. We manufacture from all types of Raw material.
The Cutting process creates swarf of all shapes and sizes.
This swarf has coolants and oils attached to it, we have to spin swarf to remove and recycle.
We are an ISO approved company, Traceability of raw materials for our products is one of the most important parts of our process. 9001 & 14001

**The Role**:
Collect swarf from around the factory and Process through our processing plant.
Process swarf based on its oil or water fluid type.
Keep swarf separate based on Type Steel, Copper, Ally, Brass, St-Steel, Plastic Etc.
Fill Stillages with waste
Control number of empty bins required and arrange collection with office
Clean Bins ready for re using around the machines in the factory
Make Sure production is not stopped by providing sufficient clean swarf bins for the manufacturing
Maintain safe and clean environment.
Help others in the factory with swarf demands
Process any waste material containing swarf, or oil ie Filter socks etc
**When above Complete Help with Goods In**
Oversee any unloading and bookings of all stock from containers, lorries and pallets
Measuring and inspecting all material on arrival against order requirements
Controlling documents and traceability
Updating Stock Levels and locations
Generating Stock GRN batch labels using a PC
Helping with Despatch organizing pallets, loading and unloading of vehicles
Delivering to customers and Subcontractors
**The Person**:
Reliable with good time keeping
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills,
Full Driving License
Experience of operating IT systems
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent literacy & numeracy skill
Ability to multitask and priorities
Must be physically fit
Prior experience in stores or warehouse role
Working as part of a team
**Experience**:
Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
Admin: 1 year (preferred)
Fork truck experience / license (preferred)
**Details**
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00
Friday 07:00 - 12 noon
Standard 43 hours a week
Full training will be provided for equipment for the role
**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
