I am delighted to be working with one of my key clients as they recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join the Leicester branch due to continued success across the business.

As the National House Builder Sales Co-Ordinator, you will develop and maintains existing business within your assigned territory; working closely with new build site manager’s, co-ordinating the call off and install process.

Managing new orders and installation diary you will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue whilst providing exceptional customer service.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with the National House Builder businesses within your territory, including Site Managers and the Quantity Surveyors
- Reading and understanding of contracts, pricing deals and subcontract orders
- Manage and co-ordinate the installation diary
- Coordinate visits for sites and update all work orders in line with timescales
- Qualify new business opportunities on new sites
- Accountable for achieving or exceeding assigned targets in line with their role along with satisfaction measures
- Support the Branch Manager with retail sales and administration tasks where required

**Key attributes/experience required**:
As the Sales Co-ordinator, you will have a natural ability to build rapport with others. Understanding the business needs and working effectively with other departments and external customers to ensure completion is within the set timescales.

This is a highly demanding role working on major contracts across the National House Builders to ensure a house is complete prior to exchanging contracts so we require:

- Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player - this role involves working with others to get the results
- Previous experience of a similar role - working to targets
- Good computer skills including the use of CRM systems
- An understanding or previous experience within the construction/building trade is desirable but not essential

**Benefits include**:

- Salary £22,000 - £24,000pa
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hours of work - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm
