Currently recruiting for an IT technician with 2ndline and 3rd line support experience who will manage the customer expectations and provide an excellent service. This role will involve managing the team and meeting deadlines as well as overseeing theprocesses from beginning to end.

**Skillset / required skills**
- Expert knowledge key software products in useMicrosoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Cloud Platforms - Azure AD, Azure CA, O365 product suite
- Excellent knowledge of LAN / WAN infrastructure, network security
- Update hardware and software to modern infrastructure
- Using theITIL Framework
- IT cloud infrastructure
- Expert technical knowledge
- Mange IT Service desk, providing 2nd /3rd line support for users

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a senior IT professional or equivalent experience working within an IT department
