Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team as we launch a brand new productised service to market. Working alongside our Senior Marketing Manager and the client services team, you will be the driving force behind net new customer acquisition and revenue growth, supporting customers to access a range of online services, providing guidance and advice, and identifying up
- and cross-sell opportunities.

The Strategic Solutions Group, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SSG works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide potential clients through our self-serve platform, achieving high conversion rates.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, ask guided questions to understand a client’s needs and signpost them to the right solution.
- Record all activity and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to support business insights and decision making.
- Collaborate with the marketing and client services team to help shape future marketing strategy and improve the quality of inbound leads.
- Make a significant contribution to our team's success by meeting and exceeding net new customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to help shape the future development of the service offering.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to engage with inexperienced customers, who rarely or have never purchased a service before, and sell the benefits in language they can easily understand, without industry jargon.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and will to win.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a services industry (desirable, but not necessary)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (desirable, but not necessary)
- Interest or knowledge in languages (desirable, but not necessary)
