Bristow Holland are currently recruiting for an Customer Service Analyst / UAT Tester for a Systems provider based in Felixstowe, this role is paying up to £31,000 with Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake UAT testing of new functionality and fixes for existing transactions.
- Participate in and produce user requirements for change requests.
- Proactively seek to improve the system by making suggestions for improvements.
- Assist customer service team with system maintenance and administration support.

UAT Testing:

- Conduct UAT testing based on available JIRA's.
- Complete UAT testing in time for each release.
- Conduct UAT testing to the best of one's ability.

Change Request Process:

- Participate in discussions of complex change requests.
- Research JIRA's as needed before raising to ensure completeness.
- Maintain JIRA status in a timely and accurate manner.

Customer Services:

- Deal with all phone calls politely and accurately in a timely manner as demand dictates.
- Undertake system maintenance in a structured manner and liaise with other team members to ensure awareness.
- Flexibility in completing all tasks within the team.
