**Be a “Part of something” within a premium brand. M-B Truck and Van are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to work in our new state of the art Dungannon dealership opening in August 2024.**

**Shift pattern**: _42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30_
- Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:00 - 12:00. _

**Job Background and Purpose**:

- To handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person
- Communicating with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers
- Identifying and sourcing Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories
- Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery
- Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties
- Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

**Aptitude, Values & Work Ethic**:

- Positivity with the desire to learn and develop within the dealership
- A passion for vehicles

**Essential**:

- Experience within a similar role within the motor industry
- IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence

**Desirable**:

- Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a dealer management system
