Roberts Care are recruiting for **Support Workers **to support our service users who live within the Renfrewshire Area. This is a lone working role, so we're looking for an experienced individuals who are confident and strives to make a difference in our community and the lives of our service users, Although this is a loan working role here at Roberts Care we work as a team to provide a high standard of care and support to All our service users and staff.

We support our service users within the Renfrew and Paisley Area to be as independent as possible within their own homes. Our service users are living with all different aspects of health needs so its vital that our support workers recognise the different needs of our service users and help to support the outcomes and choices our service users want to achieve.

Here at Roberts Care we work with our staff to establish a working pattern that not only meets the needs of our services but also meets our staffs availability and needs this would be agreed at induction process, we feel this helps to promote a positive workforce where our staff feel valued and supported.

All support workers will be responsible for following the SSSC codes of practice and strive to ensure our clients are safe and feel support to make there own decisions, routine and structure are very important within this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
