Itrent Specialist

**About the role**:
Our HR Team are currently looking for iTrent Specialist To provide specialist knowledge and expertise to the team during the development of the recently implemented iTrent system. This role is integral to the smooth operation and further development of our People Data and Process system.

Key Responsibilities include
- Daily
- Check workflow engines are on and working
- Manual redirection of workflow tasks that are with incorrect manager (somebody has left the business on long term sick and no redirection set)
- Setting workflow re-directions as required
- Deal with user issues/new users, User management when employees are changing roles when people move to become a manager or vice versa, plus other changes form HR to elsewhere in the business
- Training new managers on the system when they start/move into mgmt. role
- 1st line issue resolution before raising cases
- Logging and maintaining any cases on the MHR service cloud

Weekly
- Dealing with cancelled absence through task list administration
- Contact/deal with in-progress workflow over 2 weeks old
- Requesting upgrades of releases or service packs through MHR service cloud
- System management checking all audit and housekeeping roles
- Audit set up, archive and queries

**About You**:

- Prior knowledge and experience of iTrent
- Interpersonal skills - will need to liaise with different business functions and managers
- Excellent computer and system skills
- Reporting expertise
- Ability to provide upskilling and knowledge transfer across the team
