The Finance Co-Ordinator will hold responsibility for processing, overseeing, and monitoring the company's bank accounts and cash flow to provide clear visibility of the company’s cash assets and liabilities.

As Credit Controller you, will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of the revenue generated from sales invoices due from customers.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Processing and reconciling all bank and cash transactions for debtors, creditors, and nominal ledgers - daily
- Processing foreign currency payments, transfers and receipts - daily
- Preparing weekly supplier payment runs and reconciling creditors' ledger balances
- Assisting with weekly cash flow statements
- Managing all aspects of the credit control process and customer credit limits
- Ensuring deadlines are met for monthly management accounts preparation.

**Role Requirements**
- GCSE (or Equivalent) English & Maths C or above
- NVQ Level 4 AAT or equivalent (or QBE)
- Experience of using Microsoft Navision / Nav or Business Central 365
- Experience in dealing with foreign currencies
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
- Knowledge of legislation and practices in accordance with various business processes i.e. Sales VAT, Payment Terms
- A competent understanding of the accounting principles of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements
