**The Role**:We are looking for an experienced credit controller to join our team. Your duties will include:

- To assist with the collection of Service charge arrears following the company’s arrears collection process.
- Ensure all case notes are up to date and accurate in preparation for meetings
- Check charging fee in signed management agreement and liaise and agree with Directors before legal works are commenced.
- To enter all charges made in the course of debt collection/Legal action are added onto the database, ensuring these are reclaimed when accounts are settled

**Credit Control Person Specification**
- A good general education, A-C grades in Maths and English or equivalent is necessary.
- Previous Credit control experience is necessary
- Willing to work towards the IRPM foundation qualification after 12 months service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Packages is essential and Qube software would be an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team, willingness to be adaptable and flexible
- Have a sense of humour
- Have a genuine interest in working within the Company and the Property Management sector

**Salary**
- From £22,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
