**ludlowthompson, an independent market leading London Lettings and Estate Agent are looking for Maintenance Administrators to join our growing maintenance support team based in our central Apex Office, Worcester**

Duties are varied, supporting the whole business so enabling the ability to gain an insight into various roles in the company offering further growth and development.

**The Role**

Includes the following:
Building relationships with contractors and clients,

Ensuring that day-to-day repair requests are dealt with,

Providing quotations and invoices to contractors,

Ensuring all jobs performed are in accordance with landlord instructions,

Co-ordinating the Gas Check system with the contractor and landlord,

Updating our client database,

Customer services,

Various administration tasks,

Previous experience of working in the industry is not required.

This role would be suitable for those having previous experience or having completed apprenticeships in Customer Services or Business Administration.

Apprenticeships are also available in similar roles, and should you be interested we already work with apprenticeship schemes to be able to support this. Other industry specific training is also provided leading to a recognised NFOPP (ARLA) qualification.

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
