Road Surfacing Screwman

**Job description**

An exciting opportunity to join our established road surfacing division and work with our team to grow its potential. We are looking for an experienced road surfacing asphalt leveller/controller (screwman).

You will report directly to the road surfacing team foreman. You will assist the foreman with daily requirements as requested.

Based in Cupar, Fife - we work throughout East/Central Scotland.
- Industry standard wage - dependent on experience.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Monday to Friday.
- 9 hour shift.
- Overtime.

**Experience & Ability**
- Experience with laying asphalt surfacing.
- Experience with road surface laying machines.
- Good understanding of level control and dipping procedures.
- Safely operate plant.
- Achieve daily production targets as instructed.
- Ensure work is to a consistent high quality.
- Undertake preparation work when required.

**Requirements**:

- An experienced screwman with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Driving licence (desirable)
- CSCS (essential)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cupar: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
