**Role Profile - Vehicle Parts Administrator**

**Purpose**:
As one of our Vehicle Parts Administrators, you will be responsible for the selection of vehicle parts from incoming salvage vehicles. You will be a key point of contact for the pricing team, as well as working with the rest of the business on accurately assessing high quality parts aligning with our stock requirements for sale.

**Location: Poole Site**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels of vehicle parts and accessories
- Accurate part identification to meet stock requirements
- Communicate and work closely with Pricing and Run and test team
- Create pre dismantling reports and motor vehicle records

**Experience & Essential Qualities**:

- Experience of automotive parts essential
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Computer skills and aptitude for learning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure

**Remuneration**:
**Salary**: up to £24,000pa

Working Hours: 37.5Hrs per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
