Ealing IAPT is now offering a number of places on the London-wide Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Programme (IAPT) for Trainee CBT High Intensity Therapists.

If you are an experienced mental health or social care worker with a recognised professional qualification working in a mental health setting, or a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, this course gives you the training you need to become an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist.

Ealing IAPT service was established in 2008 and we have been doing great work ever since We are a large team of over 70 members of staff and are currently working on further expansion and development of our service. Because of this we are an excellent place to start and progress in your career.

We provide weekly supervision meetings to help you through this training course, as well as an excellent network of experienced and friendly colleagues to help you reach your potential with us.

The management team at Ealing IAPT is committed to staff wellbeing and we have recently commissioned a QI project on staff wellbeing, led by staff across the different staff groups within the team.
