**Science and Product Manufacturing Apprentice**
**_Lubrizol has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Science and Product Manufacturing Apprenticeship based at our plant in Huddersfield._**
Starting this summer, this role will give you the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge needed to ensure the safe operation of a complex plant manufacturing facility, in producing a range of active ingredients for the chemical industry.
To support you’re on the job learning you will complete a Level 3 Science Manufacturing apprenticeship over 3 years. This is the perfect opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a valuable qualification alongside real life work experience.
**What you’ll do**:
As a Science and Product Manufacturing Apprentice with Lubrizol you’ll be involved in:
- Chemical processing
- Production planning
- Engineering
- Warehouse and Dispatch
- Laboratory analysis
- Quality and health and safety
- Continuous Improvement
**What we are looking for**:
A strong team player with a focus on results
- An interest in the manufacturing industry
- Previous work experience (beneficial but not essential)
- A commitment to continue to learn and develop new skills
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (actual or predicted) grade 9-4 (A*-C) including:
- Maths and English grade 5-6 (B) or above
