**Contract**: Permanent, full time

**Salary**: £21,500

**Responsibilities**

As a Reinstatement Planner, you’ll be working within the Utilities Team, supporting them in providing administration support on our reinstatement operations to ensure they run smoothly.

Your day to day will include:

- Ensure there is suitable resource on site at all times by managing this through our Scheduling System
- Maximise the work schedules for the teams and ensure works are completed within time & KPI measures met
- Managing customers who may be affected by the planning and movement of jobs

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Reinstatement Planner is great for you if you have:

- Ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively.
- Excellent computer skills with a specific in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
