Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in London, who are recruiting for a RA Agent to join their dynamic team. This team undertake the processing of all key aspects of the Registration Authority process, principles and purpose.

**Rate: £170 umbrella per day**
**Location: London/Remote (1 day onsite)**

**IR35 Status: Inside**

**Duration: 3 months**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the following information systems: Spine User Directory (SUD), Card Management System (CMS), Care Identity Service (CIS)
- Operate CIS to record smartcard holders’ personal details, RBAC codes and generate smartcards
- Provide smartcards for use with but not limited to; SystmOne, EMIS Web, E-Referrals, Summary Care Record Application, Secondary Users Service, Other GP Clinical systems and Pharmacy Clinical systems
- Carry out maintenance activities using CIS such as unlocking, updating, cancelling smartcards
- Identify and appoint appropriate Sponsors within stakeholder organisations
- Responsible for the regular maintenance and safe storage of all RA equipment, including smartcard printers and consumables, blank smartcards, cameras and all office supplies
- Experience of working in the NHS, particularly ICT or customer service
- Experience of using IT equipment and software
- Experience of working collaboratively with other organisations
- Experience of front line working with customers providing advice, guidance and support with tact and sensitivity
- Experience of using Microsoft Packages
