**Duties include (but not limited to)**:

- Allocating the right carer to the right client at the right times.
- Maintain excellent communication between the workforce and management.
- Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals.
- Supporting Health Care Assistants to do their job to the best of their ability.
- Contribute to staff development and identify any training needs of Health Care Assistants.
- Taking part in on call rota.

**Experience**:

- Co-ordinator: 1 year (preferred).
- Care experience: 2 years (required).
- **Immediate start available **_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, L9 7BG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (required)
- Medication administration: 1 year (required)
- providing care: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
