Full-time FTC Credit Controller
Location - East Manchester
Salary - £20k - £26k dependant on experience
Simpson Judge are working with an academy based in East Manchester who are looking for a Credit Controller on a fixed term contract basis (maternity cover). Benefits include hybrid working with a current 3 to 4 days WFH and 1 to 2 days in the office and access to lots of offers with well known retailers plus much more
Responsibilities include:

- Making inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Taking payments
- Agreeing payment plans
- Managing invoice and payment related queries
- All sales ledger duties
Experience/Skills required:

- Experience of accounts payable’s role
- Level 2 English and Math’s
- Ability to use finance system and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately and to set deadline
- Understanding customer needs and have attention to details when completing given task
