KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on all aspects of pastoral care for pupils.
- Coordinate induction into and transfers out of the Academy.
- Coordinate and oversee the reward and sanctions systems.
- Work with other members of the pastoral team to ensure good outcomes for pupils.

**Salary**: £30,326.00-£33,712.00 per year
