Our Client
A well known Facilities Management Contractor who specialise within Commercial Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical industry, with work spanning across the UK. Due to continued growth and newly won contracts, they are looking for an office administrator/ co-ordinator to join their team in their Solihull office.

Office Administrator Description
- Scheduling Engineers and management of Engineer diary
- Taking incoming calls, log jobs and adapt schedule to meet priorities
- Creating and sending invoices
- Attend client meetings
- General office administration

Office Administrator Requirements
- Previous administration/ co-ordinator/ scheduler experience
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in a scheduling/ administrative role

Office Administrator Remuneration

Salary £26,000 - £29,000

22 days leave + BH

Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

Company Pension

Full package to be discussed at interview
