Twisted and Hot Chick is a globally renowned brand known for its delectable wings, sauces, tenders, chicken and meat burgers, and we are thrilled to bring these amazing Brands to The GPO Food Market and Bar Liverpool, a vibrant food destination dedicated to providing authentic and sustainable culinary experiences. As a general assistant, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, personality and create unforgettable dining experiences for customers both onsite and through delivery platforms.

You will work directly for the **Blend Family **who manage food halls across the north of England; **Cutlery Works** - Sheffield, **The GPO Food Market and Bar** - Liverpool, **Kargo MKT** - Salford Media City and **Cambridge Street Collective** - Sheffield as apart of the internal brands estate that consistent of **Jimmy's Burgers, Little Dough, CJ's Brunch Club, Tang Hot Pot, Chuan Chuan, Saiko** and more coming soon.

You will prepare and cook a variety of mouthwatering dishes following Twisted and Hot Chick renowned recipes and quality standards and ensure food is cooked to perfection, paying attention to taste, presentation, and quality.

You **do not** require any kitchen or chef experience...just a 'can-do' attitude.

**Duties**:

- Assist in various tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and up selling

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
