**Customer Service Assistant**

**SPAR Wareham**

Our SPAR convenience stores are more than just a local shop and as a member of our team, you will have a really important role to play in delighting our customers and positively contributing to the local community and the running of our business. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Do you have**:

- A 'can do' attitude.
- A clear understanding of what customer service means and why it is so important.
- The ability to work closely with a team.
- Great communication skills and a passion for your local community.
- Flexibility to work shifts which may include early starts, late finishes or weekends..

Hourly rates of pay: £9.50 per hour (aged 23 +), £9.18 per hour (aged 21-22), £6.83 per hour (aged 18-20)
