**About our client**:
Our client (age 19) loves everything pink and glittery and all things music and dance She lives in a fully adapted house with her parents, young siblings, and two very loving dogs. She has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, epilepsy, is non-verbal, and has a visual impairment. All her medication and fluids are administered via PEG, she is oxygen dependent overnight and requires occasional suctioning. Our client has a care team in place providing round-the-clock support and there is an opening for a full-time waking night carer to join her team.
**About the role**:
We require a patient and friendly carer who will support our client in all aspects of her health, care, and medical needs; including providing personal care, administering medication, PEG feeds, manual handling, oxygen, and suctioning (when required).
The role will also include travelling abroad with our client and her family therefore a valid passport is a must. This is a very rewarding role.
Working hours: 36 hours per week. 3 x 12 hour shifts, 18:45pm - 07:00am.
Rates of pay £15.60-£17.80 per hour, dependent on experience.
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
