This elite US law firm has asked us to find them a CRM Executive to join their marketing team on an initial 12m FTC to cover a maternity leave.

The role will see you supporting a dynamic BD and Marketing team by maintaining and developing the CRM system in the firm. You will provide daily support to users on the day-to-day running of the forms CRM system. This includes updating new and current information, maintaining and executing data cleansing, and managing the client update inbox. You will be charged with resolving DCM tickets raised by the CRM system.

This is an integral role and the firm is keen to find a CRM Executive with experience in using Interaction to resolve DCM tickets. You will be an excellent communicator and have outstanding problem-solving skills. You will be process driven and have previous experience of working in a corporate environment.

This is an initial 12m nFTC with a salary of c£45,000 plus benefits.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
