**The Position**:
The successful applicants will be required to visit properties to obtain but not limited to:

- Meter readings
- Meter checks
- Working in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines with Consumer Credit regulated accounts and non-Consumer Credit regulated accounts.
- Always Ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence with the company and treating customers fairly.
- Ensuring all field service visits are conducted efficiently and effectively in accordance with internal and external service level agreements and maximise collection performance.

**What is required from you**
- Full UK Driving License
- Available to work between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday & 9.00am and 4.00pm Saturday
- Clean DBS Check (any convictions are looked at on an individual basis)
- Be prepared to work alone or as part of a team, working outdoors, driving and walking between different locations
- Excellent standard of spoken English communication
- Confidence when dealing with people face to face
- Be reliable and organised
- Self-motivated and looking to develop your skills
- Professional and able to use own initiative
- Experience of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial

Pay: From £24,675.00 per year
