As a crucial member, you'll be at the forefront of constructing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of coaches and buses. From welding to installing intricate components, your craftsmanship will be the driving force behind ensuring safe and reliable transportation for all.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master various coach building and fabrication tasks, such as welding, cutting, and shaping metals with precision and finesse.
- Fabricate and expertly install chassis, frames, suspension systems, as well as vital braking and steering components.
- Elevate the interior experience by fitting and installing seating, windows, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and remedy mechanical and electrical issues to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver projects on time and exceed expectations.
- Uphold strict adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining a workshop environment that's both safe and inspiring.
- Keep meticulous records of all work completed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Embrace continuous learning by attending training sessions to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in your craft.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise as a Coach Builder / Fabricator, showcasing good experience in welding, fabrication, and coach building.
- Proficient in metalworking tools, equipment, and techniques, with a keen eye for detail in welding, cutting, and bending.
- Familiarity with chassis, frames, suspension, and braking systems, coupled with adeptness in installing electrical systems and interiors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical challenges.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
- Exhibit autonomy in managing workload efficiently, with exceptional time-management skills.
- Commitment to excellence, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet project demands.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or metalworking are a plus.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
- Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
