We are recruiting a French speaking Operations Support Lead to join our European Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager for Europe, supporting Assurant’s Italian Operations. This Operations Support role is responsible for:

- Delivering administrative services for our internal service, finance and IT areas.
- Supporting the operations teams to drive performance and quality.
- Giving advice to our TPA’s on complaint and claim referrals

**Other responsibilities include;**
- Managing scheduled tasks.
- Managing monthly claim data loads.
- Creation of MI reports.
- Managing the complaint / claim referral process for all German campaigns.
- Supporting the TPA’s with claim queries and escalations.
- Coaching and training others.
- Delivering presentations on TPA performance and change initiatives.
- Monitoring and improving call quality and compliance measures to drive performance.
- Contributing to customer journey reviews by identifying and driving process improvements.
- Ownership for the delivery in year objectives aligned to required performance standards

This Operations Support role consists of: 30% Administration support and 70% Operations support

**You will have the following skills;**

Previous Experience:

- Experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Experience working in Financial Services or Telecommunication is a preference but not essential
- Administration and/or Call Centre experience - working at a management level is a preference

Knowledge and Skills:

- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office packages.
- Highly organized, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to use initiative and effectively problem solve.
