Part Time Showroom Assistant

Join us as a Showroom Assistant and you’ll become part of the Willbond Team.

Hours of work will be 9 to 5 Monday and Friday, 8 - 12:30 Saturday.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll create a really warm welcome for all our customers and identify sales opportunities by establishing what they are looking for. from here you will take details of the customer and pass them over to our showroom manager who will then take lead on the sale process. You’ll deal with customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, plus understand who our competition is and how we differ.

**What you need to have**:
You’ll have good administration skills and an excellent approach to customer service (and preferably already have previous experience in a similar role within retail, administration, sales or customer service). You’ll be a great team player and should be able to communicate clearly with both customer and colleagues. Good IT skills are preffered.
