We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to take care of our customers and promote good relations. Your job is to ensure excellent customer service and to consistently meet the company’s goals. We are a small company, so we work together as a team. As Hotel Receptionist, you will play an important role in the hotel’s daily operations.

We are a 36 bedroom hotel with a team that is already established and we are looking for somebody who is confident and pro active to help us make our guests journey a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming customers as they arrive
- Greet guests as they leave
- Handle all guest requests
- Check guests in and out of the hotel room
- Register guests with local authorities and provide local information
- Respond to guest complaints, service requests, and request for accommodation
- Check the inventory and availability of rooms available at the hotel
- Create and submit daily reports; provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Communicate with suppliers, bookers, and maintenance staff to ensure optimal hotel quality
- Keep the lobby clean and maintain it throughout the day by sweeping, vacuuming, toilet checks and cleaning windows
- Check that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and in a professional manner
- Manage open rooms to ensure they are always available for guests
- Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Constantly update work schedule and appointments in calendar app ( Hotel Pro)
- Knowledge of Rezlynx

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.87-£11.36 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
