### Job Summary:
As a Front of House Waiter/Bar Staff member at The Falcon at Bletsoe, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for providing efficient and attentive service in both the dining and bar areas, ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable experience.

## Duties:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers warmly upon arrival and providing them with menus and drink lists.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are noted.
- Serving food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, presenting dishes with care and attention to detail.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the menu or drinks selection.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Handling payments accurately and efficiently, processing cash and card transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, including clearing tables, restocking supplies, and keeping workstations clean.
- Assisting in opening and closing duties.

## Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- A passion for food and drink and a genuine interest in providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
