As a Business Coordinator, you will provide management of Business Services across a variety of internal teams. Providing advice and effective business management services consistently to multiple stakeholders in the business.
You will be responsible for office coordination and business support, looking after the expansion hub and ensuring it can operate effectively and is fully supported with all its business needs. You will take responsibility for new starters and their inductions, as well as supporting the day to day running of offices, providing support wherever its needed.

**About the role**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Provide support to ensure effective Business Management Services on a day to day basis to multiple stakeholders
- Provide support in the provision of advice and guidance to Team Leaders.
- Draft & maintain Team Business Plans, in line with hierarchical plans & Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures.
- Collate information and data to assist in providing Business Intelligence.
- Provide support for the Team lead for workforce planning.
- Coordinate and support implementation of continuous improvement across delivery teams or equivalent

**Person specification**:

- Experience in a business support, administration, or office manager position
- Experience working with internal and external contractors or stakeholders
