Car Salesperson

Car Sales person to fill newly created position within an expanding company. We are based in Cradley Heath and sell accident damaged vehicles. We average 60-100 vehicles a month. We need someone to join our team to work mostly handling incoming sales calls in a very very busy fast paced sales role. The role will also include dealing with face to face viewings however this is a smaller part of the role as a large percentage of sales are made via phone calls.

As the vehicles we sell are damaged you will need to provide potential buyers with a walk around description of the vehicles to help with the pictures provided. You will need some knowledge to identify and explain damaged parts etc. We can train in this element providing you have sales experience.

We are looking for someone experienced in car sales with a good confident phone manner who can work under the pressure of non stop incoming calls on certain days. We need someone to provide a high level of service and be able to time manage calls.

We do not upsell products or accessories nor offer finance etc.

We would like someone who will help with other roles such as moving vehicles ready for viewings, taking photo's ready for advertising etc etc.

We work Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm however this could be flexible to an extent. Certain days/times are fixed. This can be discussed/negotiated.

Car Sales experience essential. You must have a driving licence & be confident on the phone.

Rates of pay are negotiable depending on experience. Bonus scheme to be discussed.
