**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental audits relating to Paint facility and process
- Promote audits to Paint Mix room activities to ensure adherence to specification
- Monitoring and collect relevant data for facility and paint processes control with relevant analysis to promote optimization activities with Maintenance or CME teams
- Compiling of Data Paq results and driving improvements ensuring ovens are operating to the correct specification and promote optimization with maintenance and CME teams
- Promote a continuous improvement mind set to ensure finished body and plastics performance and appearance are achieved.
- Support paint supplier and PAE’s on paint and solvent usage monitoring and optimization.
- Support CME and BASF team on problem solving related to facility and paint processes items.
- Ensure Facility checks for start up’s prior production release.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

Skills, experience and qualifications required

Essential
- Clear written & oral communication skills including Excel
- Self-motivated, can work on own initiative with great attention to detail
- Comfortable to proactivaly challenge and highlight quality and safety concerns
- Experience of audit procedures and requirements

Desirable
- ECPL trained
