**Job Overview**:
- Management of warehouse; stock, deliveries, outgoing, waste (WEEE regs, etc.)
- Building point of contact for all maintenance, liaison with building occupiers, facilities - post, printing, restocking office essentials
- Manage Access permits
- Visitor and contractor management
- Oversee all onsite activities incl. projects (replacing roof, boilers and access control)
- Manage building QHSE processes
**Main Duties**
- Ensure site is organised and running correctly in terms of stock, QHSE, maintenance and waste.
**What we are looking for**:
- Highly organised, willingness to learn, friendly approachable personality, fork lift licence (not essential)
