This role is pivotal in ensuring our patients attend for their healthcare monitoring in safe efficient timelines.

**Role Purpose**

To provide a professional data quality and data administration service to the Practice, supporting the clinical and management teams as required. The post holder will require a high level of initiative and decision-making ability within provided parameters and will monitor and coordinate the practice performance against contractual requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

The recall and data quality administrator will be required to ensure safe and efficient patient attendance for all health monitoring requirements along with taking a lead role in several areas relating to data and information.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a thorough understanding of all Practice systems and procedures
- Support the recall of patients for long term conditions and other health monitoring
- Assist with submission of claims on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Create and run searches and reports according to agreed requirements and timescales
- Extract data and identify records for data quality improvement and audit
- Assist in developing the use of IT and systems to ensure maximum use of technology
- Deliver training sessions for staff on utilising Practice systems
- Identify opportunities to create new recall schedules to ensure high level service delivery to patients
- Support the monitoring of compliance with local or national service

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £24,050.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
