**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- Work as a lingerie expert on 2D physical/digital pattern cutting & software across relevant product categories, influencing stakeholders in fit, blocks/seasonal pattern development and digital technologies. Strategically planning and feeding physical sample production (including construction advisory) in house/Sourcing offices and producing 3D imagery to Critical Path as necessary.
- Develop & maintain digital block patterns driving fit consistency & meeting customer needs. To be used internally/externally for seasonal style pattern creation. Endorse and develop use of 3D technology in the e2e process of block/sample prototyping
- Influence & guide stakeholders in multi product garment construction & fit utilising both 3D assets and physical samples. Communicate fit updates to sourcing offices & X-functional teams, developing relationships with relevant Sourcing Offices and stakeholders.
- Experienced lingerie pattern and size grader, maintaining grade rules, grade distribution and how to measure guidelines. Ownership of the measurement standards for fit required, ensuring all digital assets & physical samples meet the requirements. Own, drive & Influence outcome on fit related projects
- To remain abreast of industry advancements in the physical and digital fit and pattern areas.

**Your skills and experience will include**
- Understanding of the Lingerie product creation process with a good eye for product construction and quality.
- Expert in Lingerie pattern cutting with a high knowledge of 3D tools & processes desired
- Organised and enjoy process development, documentation and delivery at scale
- Good communicator across different stakeholder levels. Can work at pace in an agile environment and lean into changing priorities
- Commercially aware
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience working with suppliers & a PLM system desired
