**The role of Office Administrator is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience across a number of business functions. The role focuses on the creation of a welcoming, fun, office environment and the assistance of our finance department.**

**Please note: this position will require full time attendance in the office.**

**Key Responsibility Areas**

**Office Co-ordinator**

Manage the smooth operation of the office liaising as appropriate with the landlord and third parties. This can include any of the following:
a) Receive and manage incoming phone calls

b) Ensure a First Class Experience for customers, partners, suppliers and employees

c) Organising office social and charity events

d) Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees

e) Providing support to colleagues with office/admin/IT tasks

f) Distribute and send post, manage incoming/outgoing paperwork

g) Stocking of refreshments, stationery and other office essentials

h) Managing first aiders and firewardens including training days

i) Managing essential office systems i.e. Linkedin, Office 365, BrightHR

j) Liaising with the landlord on building related issues

**Finance Admin/ Support**

To provide efficient and effective administration support for the Finance team. This will include but not be limited to:
a) Recording and processing of sales/purchase invoices

b) Maintaining accurate supplier/customer records

d) Preparation of data to compile month end journals

e) Supporting the FD and FM with ad-hoc tasks

a) Someone with a business related qualification (ideal but not necessary)

b) Great communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people.

c) Bundles of energy and a positive can-do attitude.

d) Excellent organisation skills.

e) An ambitious team player who is happy to go the extra mile

f) Confidence, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

g) Experience of using a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel etc.

h) Ability to demonstrate a high standard of numeracy, organisational and administrative skills.

i) Appreciation of and commitment to upholding confidentiality

j) Impressive written and verbal communication and attention to detail

k) A true appreciation of biscuits and crisps (just food in general really)
