We are looking for a senior bridal consultant for our grown bridal & prom boutique.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist both bridal and prom customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the bridal shopping experience
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories
- Offer expert advice on fit, style, and alterations
- Coordinate and schedule bridal appointments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bridal salon
- Social media and marketing management
- Attending wedding fayres
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Administrative responsibilties

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient appointment scheduling
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to communicate and sell bridal products to customers
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly and visually appealing bridal salon
- Strong administrative skills and IT capabilities

There is the potential for growth within this role into higher responsibility roles such as attending bridal fashion week and other buying events as well as management opportunities.

The salary will be determined based on prior experience and is to be discussed at interview stage. It will be made up on a basic salary with comission to be earnt on top of this and is uncapped.

As the business currently opens 7 days a week and offers a variety of opening times between 9am and 8pm dependant on the day of the week, we have several shift patterns available to discuss at interview stage, however it will include at least one weekend shift per week (you can work a full weekend one week and have a full weekend off the next if preferred)

This is a full time position over 5 days per week and between 38-40 hours.

**Salary**: £23,900.00-£28,000.00 per year
