1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer

**Duties**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Log all support requests and document solutions in the ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Assist with user account management and password resets
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Some pre-sales support
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset management

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server and desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Basic understanding of MS365 with intune and entra
- Some knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of VPN technologies and remote access support
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
