**Residential Conveyancer - Sevenoaks, Kent (hybrid working).**

My client are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Kent. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through topost completion. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post completion, including sales, purchases, and remortgages, new builds, freehold and leasehold.
- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients and managing their expectations throughout the transaction process.
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure the smooth progression of transactions.
- Managing files in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Undertaking appropriate due diligence on each transaction, including reviewing title documentation, searches, and mortgage offers.
- Ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Experience in managing a caseload of residential property transactions with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience using case management systems.
